Beyond Events Newsletter - Happy New Year 2008

 Happy New 2008!

The turkey was stuffed and Auld Lang Syne was sung long ago it seems and already we’re racing towards the end of January (and with it, hallelujah, the end of our detox programme).

So, New Year’s resolutions?  To be better organised?  To start planning earlier?  BEYOND can help you plan your annual event programme, not just in terms of creativity but in terms

of objectives, justifying spend and getting results.

We kicked off 2008 in style with a champagne tasting and oyster reception at 30 St Mary Axe (more fondly and unofficially known

as that knobbly green pickle that we’re not meant to mention).

While the rain pounds at our windows, our thoughts drift to

warmer climes.  BEYOND has access to VIP events in Florence and Marbella.  A private cocktail party on the Ponte Vecchio as the aperitif to an authentic Florentine weekend that money can’t buy; a golf tournament at one of the most challenging and picturesque golf courses in Spain.  And if that’s too far beyond

home shores, we have access to the Royal Film Premier at the Odeon, Leicester Square.

But it’s not all about hospitality and entertaining; we’re also throwing ourselves into some staff communications & motivational programmes.  We go further (of course) than traditional teambuilding; putting on a theatre show (set design, wardrobe & make-up…) without the horrors of learning lines, transforming colleagues into cloaked & lycra-ed Super-heroes boosting their everyday skills into super-skills.

Get in touch if you’d like to try us out.  A well-known international insurance company tried us out for the first time in December and these were the results:

“BEYOND managed two Christmas events for us in December 2007

and the results were spectacular!  BEYOND were very helpful, professional, reliable and most importantly creative.  Without their precision our parties would not have been the success they were.  I certainly look forward to working with them again in 2008!”
